• Chef Chan/Elegant Cuisines was amazing! She made my 50th birthday party a memorable occasion. She responded promptly to my query and scheduled a tasting. The food has an elegant southern flare and tasted great. My family and guests are still talking about the food. There was plenty of food and even had leftover to feed out of town guests the next day. Everything was completely smooth. All of my fears were laid to rest after our initial meeting. Such a calming spirit and positive energy. I would recommend Elegant Cuisines to anyone looking for unique flavorful dishes that will leave your guests wanting more. I will be using her again.

  • Elegant Cuisines Saved the Day! My venue got moved 30 days before I was going to be getting married. I basically had to plan a wedding in that time. My planner told us about Elegant Cuisines, she mentioned how wonderful they were and how they were already willing to work with us. We talked on the phone a number of times to make sure the menu was perfect. She even was willing to help my mother and I out with dine wear, and gave us great recommendations about silverware and cups. With us a short amount of time to get things together I was delighted to have them work so well with my husband and I. Let’s also not forget to mention that yes we spoke on the phone a million times but I never got to formally meet Chef Chantilly because of the short notice. Yet, she made me feel important and listened to all my worries and request. She made herself available to me whenever I had questions. I also NEVER GOT TO TASTE THE FOOD BEFORE HAND. (such a risk!) With all the quick moves that had to be made in time my husband and I were never able to taste the food before the wedding. To a GREAT surprise, it was AMMMAzzzinnngg! I will forever remember the Caesar salad and the large amounts of fruits that were available to us! (yum and so refreshing at an August wedding!) I truly could not thank her and her team more for all that they did that day. They literally saved the day!

  • We chose Elegant Cuisines for my daughter’s wedding and I am so glad that we did. We connected with Chef Chan immediately! She understood my daughter’s vision and feel for what she wanted for her cocktail hour and reception dinner. The food that Chef Chan prepared far exceeded our expectations and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Chef Chan and her team went out of their way to make sure everything was top notch. They even provided a beautiful presentation of bites to eat for the bridal party as they were getting ready. Chef Chan was super accommodating to our vegan and vegetarian guests as well, which was very important to us being that the Maid of Honor is vegan and we wanted her to enjoy the meal just as much as everyone else! I highly recommend Chef Chan and Elegant Cuisines. She’s not just an amazing chef, she is an amazing person. By the end of the night, she and her staff felt more like family than a business! Whatever your catering needs require, Chef Chan will do a phenomenal job! If and when we need a caterer again in the future, I will be calling Elegant Cuisines!!   • I love Elegant Cuisines! We first had Chef Chantilly cater our wedding, and I am so glad we chose her! The food was absolutely delicious and they were very professional. The displays were gorgeous and I literally cannot say enough about the food, but we loved it so much my husband had her cater my birthday party! Chef Chantilly is such a great person and wonderful chef, and the food is very reasonably priced. We keep trying to think of reasons to have her make us food again.
